Nectar Café had established itself as a cozy local spot, beloved by regulars for its atmosphere and quality. Yet the brand faced three key issues:

  1. A lack of distinct visual identity meant the cafe didn’t stand out in a crowded market.
  2. Digital presence was minimal — social media posts were inconsistent and lacked strategic focus.
